1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using SELA, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

SELA may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the platform and by email before they take effect.

2. What SELA provides

SELA is a marketplace that lets verified healthcare companies book paid, scheduled meetings with verified providers. SELA is not a party to the professional content of any meeting and does not provide medical advice.

SELA provides scheduling, payment processing through third-party providers, messaging, verification, dispute handling and related tools.

3. Accounts and verification

Organizations must provide accurate legal documents and keep them up to date. SELA may approve, reject, suspend or close any organization at its discretion, including when information is inaccurate or rules are breached.

Each organization is responsible for the actions of the team members it invites and the permissions it grants them.

4. Bookings and payments

Companies pay the provider's meeting price plus SELA's service fee, both shown before confirmation. Payments are made from a prepaid USD wallet funded by card.

Providers receive their earnings for completed meetings through payouts, subject to verification and applicable deductions described at the time of payout.

5. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Cancellations and refunds follow the policy displayed in the platform at the time of booking. Disputes must be opened within the period stated in the platform and are decided by SELA after reviewing the information from both parties.

SELA's decision on a dispute is final with respect to amounts held in the platform, without prejudice to any rights under applicable law.

6. Professional conduct

Users must comply with applicable laws and professional codes of conduct regulating interactions between healthcare companies and healthcare professionals in Jordan.

Meetings must not be used to offer inducements or anything of value beyond the published meeting price.

7. Liability

SELA is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, SELA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content of meetings between users.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
